As a Master Certified Coach and a PGA Associate, first and foremost I believe golf should be fun. It is a great way to learn a new skill and meet other people with similar interests. I actively encourage my “new to golf” students to go out and play on the course together, when they feel comfortable doing that of course.
My golf coaching lessons are primarily for individuals and couples, however, I also offer programs for the following player engagement opportunities.
"Golf is deceptively simple and endlessly complicated." - Arnold Palmer
Learning to play golf is a journey that never really ends. In fact, it is said that golf is a game that cannot be won. Once you get into golf, it is truly a difficult game to give up.
Here at EDGE, my sessions are based on helping you reach your peak performance through building the layers in skill, using focused practice methods, sports psychology, fitness and sometimes even nutrition.
Whether you are an individual or a couple looking to start the game, or an experienced golfer, I will work with your natural ability and help you to maximize your golfing potential.
Lessons on the range Lessons on the range aren’t just for new players. Lessons can help knock the rust off your skills or pinpoint why your game got worse. They're also a very direct way to improve your game once it plateaus.
You can also get a professional's opinion about your gear, which can save you some money in the long run.
Lessons on the course I also offer on-course playing lessons, the majority are to help you transfer your game from the learning environment of the range to the course.
For more experienced players, these sessions are mainly tactical and mental sessions looking at how to maximize your scoring through course management.
