How does Coaching work?
Coaching uses questionnaires, active listening and reflecting to help you set goals, create action plans and be accountable for your own progress. These conversations focus on your present and future to find solutions. You have the freedom to decide the length of your frequency of the sessions those statistics show evidence of good progress after six sessions.

How is Coaching different from consulting, therapy, or mentoring?
Consulting and mentoring are usually described as having an experienced practitioner working alongside an inexperienced practitioner. The more experienced practitioner then shares their experiences and skills to help the inexperienced practitioner learn from have they might do a particular task.
Therapy is looking at how the past has affected the present. The therapist then tries to break down past experiences to support the present.
Coaching looks at what is happening now and what could potentially be undertaken to improve the future. There is no dwelling on the past, coaching is solely about how to achieve future potential, making the client more responsible and accountable for their own growth.
How long is a Coaching session?
Coaching sessions are normally up to 60 minutes. Initial chemistry sessions which are the first session of a series of sessions can be up to two hours long.
