EDGE Tip of the Week

Soon after experiencing some difficulties in my personal life, I began meeting regularly with Richie to help me improve my wellbeing. He was understanding of my situation and provided support by meeting me where I was and helped me identify small changes I could make to become a happier me.
Richie always asked the right questions which allowed me to come up with actionable steps that ultimately led me to tackle areas of my life that I've been wanting to improve. Over the last few weeks I have made some habitual changes which has proved beneficial in leading a healthier lifestyle, and improved my overall outlook on the future.
I have come to look forward to Thursdays because aside from having a productive session with Richie, the energy and genuinely caring nature he has is refreshing and contagious and I always walk away smiling.
