 For teachers
We often find that a workshop is a great way to gain incite from those around you. We humans are literally filing cabinets full of information from many different perspectives. Workshops are a great way to discuss topics with like-minded people, most of whom want the same as you. Some of the best workshops i have attended are discussion-led by by the attendees sharing their experience of the topic. There will always be a "take out" of value to you.
